When will I receive my shipment?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of placing the order. Shipments will be delivered depending on the chosen logistics method and the logistics situation in your area:

- By air: typically 10-15 business days
- By courier: using specific courier service providers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.), typically within 5-10 business days.

Are items shipped from overseas or locally?
Depending on product availability and destination, items are shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, Australia, or from our manufacturing facilities in China.
